PHE (Physical and Health education)
quarter 1
What did I learn?
In PE, we mostly did dodgeball, soccer and other little games. We did a 1 period conditioning once, but it was all mostly dodgeball and soccer. We also did a game creation, and it was fun but at last the lesson was messed up. We also did a research about some things that we did on class for the health of ‘Physical and Health Education’. My group, consisting of 4 people including me, decided to make a movie about nutrients.
Why was this my best work?
I think the movie was my best work. It’s pretty much all the work that has been done, but I think I did put effort in making it. Although I didn’t contribute in making the movie, I did research about the topic.
What did I do well?
Although the time provided in class was short and one person was not included in the group before the 2nd period of class time to work on these projects, we did quite a good job researching. We divided the jobs, and I get to research about what each section in the food pyramid is all about. There are also other questions like why do we need those sections in the pyramid, also examples. After we got this covered, the other member came so she was in charge of making the movie. I think we did a great job dividing the jobs.
How can I improve?
Next time I can improve by putting more effort. I did say that I put effort, but it wasn’t my best. I could’ve done my best and probably achieve a higher score in the final although we haven’t even presented yet.

This subject this quarter and my sample work relates to the global context identities and relationships because it is about human health.

Quarter 2What did I learn?
This quarter was swimming and some other sports. We also did a research and essay about a topic we chose from depression, anxiety, parent’s divorce and other stuff. We researched about what it is and how it affects teens. Why was this sample my best work? What did I do well? This is a good sample because I think I developed an interest in the topic I choose. I did well in researching and I think I got a lot of information on this topic. What can I improve? I need to try harder in compiling the information and I making it denser so the essay can fit more information. Also, I think I need to work on my grammar again, since I know sometimes I’m too tired to check over my grammar. How does this sample relate to Global Context? (Orientation in Space and Time/Globalization and Sustainability) This relates to Orientation in Space and Time because going back to on of the questions, how does it effect teens, and also how does it affect us, I think these questions needs some reflection of the past us. |
