PE (Physical Education)

In PE we have done many things. Before the youth camp, we did badminton, Basketball, and other stuff. After the youth camp we also played more dodge ball, and we usually played it non-stop at Thursdays. We also did some soccer, but not as much. At the end of Quarter 1, we did a test. It’s a test of consist of sit-ups, push-ups (girls’ version), back-ups (which I actually didn’t do as much because I laughed too much), and running and also flexibility. What I learnt from all these PE classes are that sometimes injuries come unexpectedly, and some hits from PE even though it’s not as serious hurts very much. I learnt that in PE, I have to be more careful in handling the balls because if I don’t be careful I might hurt the others or myself. Overall, I like PE very much but I don’t like how the others got hurt and it’s just not that fun anymore whenever anyone got hurt to me.
